Blue Ridge Parkway Beach Vacations

This resort is in a beautiful location with easy access to Lake Lure and with excellent amenities for a family stay. The townhouse where we stayed was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the amenities by car. The beds were especially comfy. My only gripe is the thin basic provisions of toiletries and kitchen staples. The property can use some updates, such as a smart TV with streaming, fresher and more modern decor, furniture, etc.

Perfect stay for my sister and I! Downtown close to everything. Hotel had wonderful service and atmosphere! Small and quaint! Bed was very comfortable!! Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer were very helpful! The bottled water, coffee and snacks were unexpected delights!!

The staff were pretty incompetent and I’ve never seen a hotel that charges that much not be able to tell you where you could get flowers. The pictures of the rooms are nowhere close to what the rooms look like and while they are gorgeous, there are no views. Except maybe of the McDonald’s outside. This is more like a two star hotel, not a four star.

This place is the definition of charm! We felt like we were in an old movie based in the 1700 / 1800s. The staff were very cool and accommodating as well! We walked to and from the Inn to the nearby Pippin Hill Winery next door a couple times which was convenient, and a very pretty walk ( about 15 minutes or so to the winery building ) the breakfast in the morning was so good, especially one morning when Gracie and the team made fresh French toast with homemade whip cream, thick cut bacon, eggs made to order, fresh fruit, and the coffee was superb. The surrounding beauty of the property, the gardens, and the inn itself were so charming and stunning. Go see and feed the chickens too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The gentleman at the front desk who helped me out, (C Note) you know who you are, was fantastic! All the young men who worked the front bell stand are absolutely fantastic as well! Everybody there was just absolutely fantastic and phenomenal!

The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel had a perfect location for us. The food at the adjacent cafe is delicious, too!
