This hotel impressed us very much. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and there are many kinds of things to eat. The front office manager Mr. Arun Shetty is very gentle and very nice. He did things in responsibility and flexibility. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine. On the lower floors you can hear the music from the club 360 sometimes

I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. It was offered at a cheaper price because of this (1.5BD) but maybe taking breakfast orders is better than just offering bread, cheese and fruit. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, maybe the other Ramada Hotel in Bahrain is nicer.
