Our stay was just ok. The trash was still full and in the kitchen from the previous guest, there were dead roaches, there were dirty popsicle sticks by the pool. The coffee machine didn’t work either. A staff member did drop a different one by after I let them know. We also had the doorbell ring at 2am and wake everyone in the house… apparently this is common when the batteries run low? Seems like they should be routinely changed to prevent that from occurring. None of these issues are big, but combined are quite a few blunders considering we paid top dollar to stay here.

Un hotel bien cuidado y con todo lo que se necesita. Buena vista y ubicación. Todo impecable. La tranquilidad se sobrepone al panorama que se tiene desde casi cualquier lugar del departamento logrando, dicha combinación, una estadía perfecta. Muy recomendable.

Experiencia irrepetible.....hotel yo diría que inmejorable....un 10 en todo !!

This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, we were forced to wait three hours for our room, despite seeing many other guests check in earlier. The following day, a serious issue occurred: due to a misunderstanding by the staff, we were booked onto a tour that we had never confirmed in writing. Nevertheless, we were charged €300, and despite explaining the situation, there was nothing we could do to reverse the charge. This lack of accountability was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Dining was another major disappointment. All restaurants on the property require advance reservations at all times, yet there are no alternative dining options on the island. Arriving at any of the four restaurants without a booking, regardless of the time of day, results in poor reception and an unwelcoming attitude from staff. Finally, checkout was rigid and inhospitable. Checkout is set at 10:00 am, which is unusually early for a luxury resort. We requested a noon checkout and were refused. Only af

qualia is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. The setting, architecture, views, and atmosphere truly feel special and uniquely Australian. Our arrival experience was excellent. Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning. We also had an incredible “Best of Both Worlds” tour with Pedro, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the island. It was one of the highlights of the trip. The main challenge during the first 24 hours was inconsistency in service attentiveness. At times, particularly at the pool and during our first dinner at Long Pavilion, service felt less proactive than expected for a property at this level. Drink refills, reservation follow-up, and simple check-ins occasionally required prompting rather than feeling naturally anticipated. What truly elevated the experience was the response from leadership. Rebecca, the General Manager, was exceptional: thoughtful, responsive, attentive, and genuinely interested in feedback. Her professionalism and accountability significantly improved the remainder of our stay. Beach Club dinner was another standout, with warm staff, relaxed pacing, and beautifully prepared food and cocktails. Overall, qualia delivers an extraordinary setting and many memorable moments. Estancia maravillosa. Es un destino muy bonito y muy tranquilo.

Que lugar TAN ESPECTACULAR. El cuarto es en forma de barco, muy bien acondicionado y muy limpio. El servicio muy especial también. Lo único malo es que el transporte por que es muy lejos y debes pedir taxi con anticipación y tiene un valor de 35 AD aprox.

El wifi era muy malo en la habitación y ni aun pagando por sobre la hora gratis era posible tener buena señal. Mi habitación estaba en el primer piso y cerca de la recepción
