I’m very disappointed with my experience with Beachcomber Island Resort. I had a booking for 15–17 August which I had made because I was travelling to Fiji for a work meeting. Unfortunately, the meeting was postponed, meaning I could no longer travel on those dates. I contacted the resort and asked if they could provide a refund or, alternatively, a credit towards a future stay. I completely understood that my booking was non-refundable, and I was simply asking whether they could make an exception given the circumstances. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I waited 6 days for a response to my request and had to repeatedly follow up, including calling the resort because I wasn’t getting a reply. By the time I received a response, I had very little opportunity to do anything with the booking. Had they responded promptly, I could potentially have made alternative arrangements or even given the booking to someone else. Unfortunately, the resort ultimately refused to provide either a refund or a credit. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I had the exact same situation with another hotel in Fiji during the same week, and they were understanding and provided a refund without any issues. I understand that different hotels have different policies, but I feel there should be some level of customer service and flexibility when someone contacts you in advance and is willing to rebook in the future. 這次的fiji之旅,唯一有booking到海邊小屋的就是這間飯店.入住時飯店才告訴我因為之前颱風影響, 所以海邊小屋已經損害.無法入住.他們就幫我們改到花園vila.(3人房/兩層樓).還送我們燭光晚餐及massage.飯店認為對我們來說是升級.但我們不這麼認為.因為海邊小屋比較貴.我是好不容易搶到5折價. 另外,我訂海濱小屋是因為我喜歡浮潛.這次旅行最期待的房型就是海濱小屋..如果來不及維修,幹嗎不先寄mail通知我呢??我出發前2個星期還有再問接送問題.回覆時就可以通知我了.我到了飯店,才知道這件事,還跟我說不接受可以退款給我,請問我人生地不熟,不住這要住那... 雖然入住有不愉快的的過程,但這家飯店的員工很親切.廚房煮三餐也非常好吃.浮潛環境不好,讓我很失望~

透過hotel.com定房，到了現場還得查看我方定房證明，我都事先打電話確認過了，耽誤很多時間等。另外，定房時網站說明可選擇不同床型，定房時也註明清楚我要的型式，但到現場發現並沒這選項，真是無言。

The Kids Club staff were amazing! Silo and Izzy were amazing, they are so friendly, attentive, and full of energy, they kept the kids entertained with fun and creative activities every day! Highly recommend!

The dive master, Lai, is great! We had a wonderful time doing two Discover Scuba Diving with him. He took good care of us and showed us many magic underwater. It’s the best dive shop we have experienced in Fiji. This resort also has many cultural activities and a well run kids club.
