We had higher expectations of the hotel. It is marketed as a five star hotel but feels more like a three star. Room was medium sized.
Positives:
Location was good and the hotel was clean. The hotel is old and not really updated but they have still managed to keep the hotel in a good shape.
Negatives:
Staff was not welcoming and seemed confused during the entire stay. Upon check-in, no one welcomed us or helped with the bags. Breakfast was horrible and the AC in the room was inefficient and was barely able to keep the room cool. We tried the on-site restaurant and we were disappointed with the food.
Summary:
Pick this hotel if you are looking for short stay for a cheap price. Skip this hotel if you are looking for a pleasant stay with good service and amenities.
