Best nights sleep in years!

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer mit Balkon und Klima, wir waren zufrieden. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und Bettwäsche fast jeden Tag getauscht. Die Poolanlage war super die Liegen könnten mal neu bespannt werden die sind leider sehr beansprucht. Personal und Frühstück waren super.

A mio parere, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di un rinnovamento generale. Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. Credo che ci sia un ampio margine di miglioramento e che la struttura possa offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.

Non hanno pulito la stanza, la notte non c'è portiere . Le stanze si chiudono con chiavi poco sicure

We have just had the most amazing 2 week holiday. Staff are super friendly and helpful, property is amazing and well maintained and the main pool is great. Food is excellent - we did not have a meal we did not enjoy, plus the staff were thoughtful enough to prepare an evening emergency meal for us as we arrived late at night from our flight. Lovely little touches make you feel most welcome. Truly appreciated. We took the shuttle many times to the centre and enjoyed the local market as well. We did not have a car and the hotel is a bit remote. We also found that it cost more than 100 Euros to go to the beach club - and we thought that was a bit expensive - especially as we did not want to sunbathe. Suggest anyone going checks their booking to see if the Beach Club is included in the price. If you want to relax in a calm atmosphere - this is the place to be! We had a wonderful time.
