If you're looking for a good central base to explore Turin then I can recommend Hotel Victoria. Great location close to most sights as well as the main train station. Staff were helpful and a good continental breakfast, although I did personally find the English Breakfast tea to be very weak tasting. Rooms are a good size and nice touch of offering a small selection of drinks from minibar at no charge.

We stayed here as a family for a couple of nights, and it was perfectly adequate. However, it wasn't perfect. The hotel was curiously empty; for part of the time there we felt we were the only guests. Our impression was that this hotel caters more for business guests than tourists, and in August the hotel was almost deserted. We dined in the hotel one evening and the food was superb. The interior of the rooms was a little tired and would benefit from some updating. It was clean and nothing was broken but the paintwork and tiling were looking a bit old. Be aware that this hotel is a 20-30 minute drive from the city centre, so it's not appropriate if you don't have a car

The facilities are functional and the location is very accessible to tram and bus terminal through the center of the city, the are quite a number of community mall to as well as bars and sit out,most of the buffet breakfast is to very helpful for guests with lean budget, mirafiori is a very attractive and convenient for visitors on business and tourists

The furniture and bed(s) were unappealing, mattress was poor. Old and tired. TV was a 24" computer screen with very few channels. Breakfast was average at best.
