The room is unexpectedly spacious, clean and well renovated. As I have a toddler to stay with, the hotel staff is very thoughtful to put two beds together and install a bed guard as per my request. The room also provides free drinks: soda water, coke, green tea, beer & tomato juice which will refill everyday. But this hotel didn't provide child facilities or amenities. Also when we arrived to check-in, the hotel parking was full so we need to find the space near the hotel, I think the hotel can inform customers in advance so that we can arrive earlier to find it.

入住邊間的奢華雙床房，窗外景色很棒，海景很美！房內備品很齊全，除了盥洗用品，保養品，浴袍，連睡衣都有，真的很完整！房內有快煮壺、也有咖啡機可煮咖啡和泡茶，還有提供點心和酒水，冰箱內還有迎賓水果盤和飲料可自由取用！ 床還滿好睡的，但其中有一張床比較舊壓到或睡覺翻身會發出聲音有點吵，白日房內採光不錯，但晚上光線偏暗，有淋浴間及大浴缸可泡澡。 若需要洗衣服，Ground floor有洗衣機可投幣洗衣及烘衣，也有洗劑可購買！ 飯店員工服務都不錯，人都很和善，尤其替我們辦理入住手續的飯店服務人員，服務很好，非常周到，除了幫我們安排機場接送，因爲回國當天要搭ㄧ大早的班機，前天還很貼心的詢問是否要幫忙準備隔日的早餐盒外帶，真的很貼心！

每間房間都能看海, 酒店有溫泉還有兒童設施，超適合家庭客，就是清潔比較差，我住了8 天，地板沒有吸塵， 被鋪有好幾天都沒有弄好，以日本人的清潔質素來講是比較遜色

坐擁海岸自然景觀，景色優美。沖繩住宿首選。

酒店職員態度友善，可以講到流利普通話溝通，而且有職員代泊車，十分友善，加上酒店內有風呂提供，環境令人舒服，令到同太太慶祝生日之旅更舒適

第一次來到沖繩，於第四日入住halekulani酒店2晚，之前在Expedia訂好高級海濱房特大雙人床，浴缸是在廳中間那一種房型，但安排的竟然是另一種房型，當我極度失望之際，我即時將預訂圖片給服務員看，服務員好友善即時聯絡櫃檯人員幫我，並安排我想要的房間，感覺做事非常有效率，亦都非常着重客人感受，整體上每位服務人員好nice令每位客人入住愉快，食物質素，環境各方面都幾好，沙灘會有毛巾飲用水及救生衣提供，唯獨我住的樓層太低，其實附近太多植物，會有很多蚊蟲，雖然有落地大玻璃露台，我都不敢開露台門，游泳池開放時間太短7:00p.m 前close，有機會我是會再來的

附免費停車場，入住有餐券折扣，近單軌電車站，國際通，唐吉訶德壺川店，房間兩人住很剛好，有浴缸，房間空間大，不過到2026年三月牆面與設施修整中，可能會打擾到，怕吵的就盡量避免。

Very nice hotel to enjoy sunset in a quiet and peaceful ocean view. Hotel is clean. Staff is very nice. Definitely would re visit again in the future.

酒店泳池景好靚房間有露台。附近有一間運動用品店及一個多層娛樂中心有保齡球場、夾公仔、遊戲機、室內賽車等等，隔離有間百貨公司有超市。

漂亮的景觀，嶄新的設備，加上酒店大堂和房間內都有香薰味道，令人非常放鬆。要留意泳池開放時間，我們今次只到傍晚六點，小孩玩得不夠盡興。
