The location is very convenient. With easy access to buses and streetcars, it's simple to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance of the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room and replaced the towels every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. I looked forward to it every morning because of the wide variety of delicious and plentiful food. The hotel restaurant also serves dinner, which is both tasty and reasonably priced.

Exceptional service, but significant technical issues with elevators.
The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, when the elevators are not working, he suggested to help us bring luggage downstairs which we stayed in 11/F.
The parking lot is quite a distance from the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.
The biggest issue was the elevators. Only 1 was working during our stay, leading to very long wait times. Most disappointingly, there was a morning both elevators were out of service, which is unacceptable for a hotel.
