The location is incredible with lots of restaurants, cheese and wine shops and a metro stop near by. The water available along with the cafe machines were very convenient and a nice perk. The room was small but had everything we needed.

Great staff. Distance to main attractions was not convenient.

Staff was helpful, but this hotel is barely a 2 star hotel, definitely not. 4 star one. Old, somewhat neglected. Extremely small rooms, nor room even to bring in any luggage, neglected carpet in the room, an elevator barely big enough for two people, etc etc

LUGGAGE GONE THROUGH AND ITEMS MISSING FROM ROOM. READ THIS BEFOFE BOOKING!!! I have to attach photos of the full story but it is worth the read if you value your safety and belongings while traveling. The gist of the situation is that all of our belongings were rummaged through during our stay, resulting in a perfume going missing. Staff was defensive and unwilling to help. My request and agreement that no one would enter our room the remainder of our stay was ignored and labeled a “misunderstanding” by management. I don’t know what there was to misunderstand. This was after he told me my perfume was “inexpensive and from Victoria secret” insinuating that it was not worth his time to investigate. Glad to know items going missing is only concerning to them If it meets a certain price tag. There are multiple other reviews of stolen property or getting kicked out if you say anything complaining about staff. Talking to management was like arguing with a defensive teenager who doesn’t yet know how to control their emotions.I’ve actually never received such an inappropriate response from a hotel and I’m glad I waited until I had left to say anything again. I recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to have your belongings gone through and become missing.

We had a wonderful stay, but everytime we left for the day and returned, our keycards would no longer read our door and we would have to go back down to get new keys.

The hotel is great. Budget friendly. Just across from Gare Montparnasse station so excellent location. Easy to get to the airports by the metro. Trains st the Gare connect to the North of France - Rennes, Normandy, etc. There is buffet breakfast if you include it in your booking: quite decent spread. The one downside of the hotel is the elevator. It is tiny. Just big enough for one adult and two suitcases. If you're a party of more than one, or have more luggage, you'll have to take several trips up and down. Otherwise, no complaints. They even have air-conditioning which is not de rigeur in Paris hotels so you can sleep comfortably in summer.

No place to put luggage .

This is a perfect hotel for a short stay in Paris. The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location which feels authentic and is a 20min metro to all the major sites. Some of the facilities were old showing signs of wear and tear, and the shower room in the in the single room was the size of a wardrobe. But the bedroom and bedding were clean and relatively comfortable. If you plan on visiting Paris and are looking for a well priced hotel to use as a base to sleep and get ready in this is a perfect hotel. I am a returning guest and will most likely return again for similar trips
