Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I arrived at the hotel at around 7:00 PM, only to be told that my room was still not ready and needed to be cleaned. I was advised that it would likely not be available until around 9:00 PM. The staff apologised and offered me a meal while I waited, which I appreciated, but having to wait until 9 PM for a hotel room is simply not acceptable. Once I finally got into the room, everything initially seemed fine. However, the complimentary wine that was advertised as part of the stay was nowhere to be found, and no one mentioned or provided it. More concerningly, I found hairs in the bathtub, which made me question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned, especially considering the two-hour delay was supposedly because the room was being prepared. Overall, the experience fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Very disappointing.

The room itself is very nice. Bed and linens and pillows all comfy. What is lacking in the room is storage. There is only 2 drawers and 1 holds a large safe. The closet that opens has an ironing board and iron. The other side doesn’t open at all. There is a long shelf on top - if you can reach (which I cannot). There are no end tables with drawers. And the bathroom doesn’t have anything either. Even the small fridge could hardly hold more than 2 water bottles. Needs a dresser to put things away. It’s hard to live out of a suitcase

Stayed here before and they are still maintaining their excellent standards. Very well located right beside darling harbour. Enjoyed the free upgrade to the penthouse. Much appreciated.

Hotel was fantastic but the staff were even better. Amazing customer service and communication.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Its not luxury accommodation, but its certainly not a dump and more that satisfied us for 3 days in central Sydney. Brilliant location next to the QVC. If you want somewhere safe, clean and comfortable and don't require 5 star luxury then this is the place. I would happily stay here again.

This was a last minute booking and I was able to book this smoothly within hours of checking in. The hotel is nicely located with a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. It is close to public transport - within walking distance on a main road to Central station, buses and light rail. I had a room booked for 1 night which was clean, modern, with good amenities - robe, slippers, tea & coffee & various selections for the minibar. I utilized the kettle for my tea, appreciated this immensely! I ended up extending my stay for 4 nights - but switched rooms due to availability. The only suggestion I have is for plugs to be upgraded to include USB/UBC outlets for easy charging ports near the bed and at the built in table. Upgraded lighting around the bathroom mirror would make a noticeable difference and I’m not sure there was a separate fan for the bathroom so got quite steamy during showering! All hotels I have stayed at for this price point have had a clear fan system for bathrooms. Safe for solo travelers! Would stay here again. Note ** The rooftop pool and bar were closed for the winter season so was unable to access these amenities despite the weather being warm and pleasant.
