We liked: The absolute oceanfront 2 bed room huge unit. It has been decorated nicely with very comfy furniture and island style furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. The large fridge/freezer. Birdies, the restaurant is a great place for a stay-in dinner. The resort has a nice feel to it with lots tropical planting around to give each unit privacy. There is a small but clean swimming pool right next to the restaurant. Snorkelling is amazing off the jetty is just amazing with a variety of fish ( just as good as Top Rock). We discovered: - the main shower/bathroom is not very clean. Hand wash liquid finished within a day and not replenished after their housekeeping ( which is every 3 days). - the washing machine was full of mould and obviously hasn’t had a clean st all. It was absolutely disgusting! - bedding/sheets/towels have stains on them. Overall, we are still happy with our over $500NZ night stay for 4 of us.

Very good location, the sea view and the beach are perfect if comparing to other resorts or hotels in Port Vila. When we found that the weather was sunny at this resort while it was rainy near the town, then we realized the choice was absolutely right. The restaurant offers very good food and nice environment, with friendly and helpful staff. Our villa with private plunge pool is perfect for couple. There were lots of things to do when we stayed in here so no worry of getting bored. Suggest to walk to the nearest village and have a look of how local people live.

I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.

We recently stayed for 4 nights for our anniversary and had an amazing time. Our villa was spacious, comfortable and little luxuries appreciated. Sleeping to the sound of the waves crashing was bliss. The staff were all attentive, helpful and full of smiles. The food was delicious and never went hungry. We loved the fire show on the Monday night, the spa for some relaxing massages and they even surprised us on our anniversary day with a few thoughtful extras which we loved. It didn’t affect our stay at all- but note that the beach isn’t really suitable for swimming due to the coral and currents - but we enjoyed walking along collecting shells and wading out on low tide to explore little Rock pools. Located around 30-40 mins out of central Port Vila- still easily accessible to other sites and even came to enjoy the bumpy ride over all the pot holes! (the resort is located 7km down a dirt road from the main sealed road). They were very helpful arranging drivers and day tours for us too. Highly recommended- Would love to return one day.

The staff were really nice, the food was excellent. The kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean. The kids had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding. Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. The buffet was great but occasionally there were issues with getting cutlery and the kids buffet kept running out and it took a while to refill Other than that highly recommend

Loved poppys. Loved the staff and the relaxed family atmosphere. Its not too big but has everything you need at a great price. Loved the tree house.

Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while trying to sleep at night. All mesh on windows had holes so got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Place is not as advertised at all. Pool is a lot smaller than pictured. Owner walks around the place and should be ashamed of himself! Taking people’s money when place is nothing like photos. This place is disgusting and not want you want on a holiday! Would never recommend this place to anyone! We walked out and went to stay at another place plus they refuse a refund of course.
