El Bajio Golf Vacations

El cuarto huele a humedad y las toallas están muy desgastadas. NO HICIERON LA LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACION. Llegamos casi a la mesia noche y tuvimosnque tender nuestras camas. Dicen que no lo hicieron porque había un tag que indicaba que no queríamos el servicio de limpieza. Ésto es absolutamente falso. Cuando pregunté y pedí que me mostraran el dichoso "tag" al que se referían, me dijeron que no lo tenian a la mano. Faltó supervisión.

Highly, highly recommend Casa de Sierra Nevada. The hospitality was greater than we have ever experienced at any hotel and/or resort. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, but in a genuine manner. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the room in which we stayed was large and well-appointed, including two separate seating areas, a large bathroom and heated plunge pool, as well as a stocked minibar with high-end spirit options (Deluxe Superior One Bedroom). The location is perfect for walking throughout the central district, with the main square being approximately 2 blocks northwest of the property and the park being 3 blocks to the south. This was preferable to the other hotel we were considering, The Rosewood San Miguel, as it is a relatively significant uphill walk to the square/shops from the Rosewood. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was arguably our best meal of the day, which is considerable given the excellent restaurant options in San Miguel. We will absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

The room was relaxing and cozy. The laundry service was done on the same day. The pool area is very nice. The location is convenient. It's right by the bus stop and it only costs 10 pesos to get into town.

We have enjoyed staying at Primavera for last four years. Always clean staff so helpful access to downtown in their shuttle. When you arrive you are greeted with a glass of wine. Always a pleasure staying here.
