Everything is fine.

This resort could be an absolute gem! The staff has my greatest appreciation for their tireless efforts. They work really hard and I’m sure they’re underpaid. The ocean views is simply outstanding. Keep in mind this is a no swim beach, otherwise enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful ocean. The buffet food was okay. Don’t come expecting a dazzling buffet, it’s accommodating! The other restaurants offer a bit better variety. The pools were crystal clear, however the outside showers, there are 4 of them and only 1 functioned. Activities honestly they are lacking. A lot of that may have been a language barrier but a professional planner is very much needed to get the people active and involved. There can be no bad day in this area whatsoever! My oh no moment can when our phone in the room didn’t work. So scheduling anything from the comfort of the room was out. Room service out, spa schedule out, any amenity that I paid for out. Next the valances in the ad photos were not in our room. The rods were but no valances. The furniture was outdated and the materials were grossly fades. Our dining table legs were fractured to the point we were afraid to use it. Who do you call, we couldn’t! Why did we stay, it was booked months in advance and paid for. The resort offers some value, just don’t buy into the ad photos, they’re extremely enhanced.

Great location, friendly staff and clean facility

MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

This was a great stay!

Los cuartos huelen mucho a humedad, la cama está muy dura. Se nota que les hace falta una renovación urgente. Casi no te dan nada. Antes con el all inclusive te daban una canasta muy bonita de frutas al llegar, te dejaban bebidas en el refri. Ahorita nada de eso y la calidad de los alimentos no son como antes. Por lo menos en la alberca no. Muy malita la comida. En el del buffet bien pero a la carta te sirven súper poquito y tienes que estar pide y pide y tardan mucho.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Todo excelente, cuando me dieron la habitación no enfriaba el AC pedí el cambio y me dijeron que no había disponibles Les dije que no había forma de que me durmiera ahí sin AC, al final hasta el mesero Agustín me ayudó y me cambiaron de habitación la que me dieron estaba a pie De la alberca Las clases de yoga buenísimas en la mañana Todo es espectacular de ese lugar

Bonito limpio una cafeteria deliciosa
