Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

Very nice resort. We spent our week in the Reef Bure - Amazing and private beach Villa with your own golf cart to explore the property. Great food, nice pools, and helpful staff. Duncan on the adults side hooked us up with a late checkout - thank you DUNCAN! Couple downsides - not fully all inclusive. Be prepared to pay for coffee drinks all day, soda before noon, and have a daily allowance for food. Not bad tho - spent 7 days eating and drinking whatever we wanted and had $300 usd in overages. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend the resort and privacy of the Bure Villas!

The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room. They appologized and said they are working on the wifi ... Because everything else was so good, I would possibly give them another chance after checking on wifi.
