Only thing to note is that if the bar / restaurant is open and music on, and it's summer and you have windows open, it can get a bit noisy on the top floor. We stayed Friday and sat night so that might also make a difference. Parents were in room on cliffside below the restaurant and was much quieter there. "Our room was situated at the top of the main building with a beautiful view towards St Ives town and the surrounding area. We were supplied with a fan which was essential due to the hot weather. There were a few maintenance issues with our room which included a drawer front within the wardrobe falling open every time you opened the door. The shower head was small and the bottom of the rail had a part that kept falling off. These are small matters but it shows that the room was a bit tired. ...

"This hotel is always my go to when staying in the area. It's in a beautiful location, quiet and well placed to travel to the areas I need to go. The rooms are great no matter what ones you get. Facilities are fantastic, and as I understand it the golf courses superb, I certainly enjoy running around them early in the morning before the balls start flying."

"Property okay- adequate for a short stay.
In need of a bit of TLC.
Room clean and spacious enough. Tea/coffee and small fridge.
Swimming pool onsite which we used a lot due to heat! Also in need of TLC but large enough to cool off and enjoy.
Fan only in room. No air conditioning.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Walkable but not a lot to see- we drove to beach etc. co-op and a couple of choices to eat. Restaurant onsite.
Fairly quiet area though near a main lane/road.
Plenty of car parking which...
