Not well kept, rooms are terrible, the window in the room was not a window and the rest of the windows had a view to a hallway, the rooms said “garden view” no garden to be seen.
Staff was ok, not very trained and not very present.
Place needs maintenance asap!
Food options were really limited and bad.
The breakfast was ok!

The property was beautiful. Very eco friendly and the staff was top notch.
When using the VIP amenities make sure you get clear information on how to use them. Also make sure at check out you verify that all credits have been applied appropriately on the bill .

Montecristo is a great place within the quivira territory. Nice houses with lots of space.
However we needed several things fixed during our stay. AC didn’t work properly, grill had to be checked up 3 times, electric stove didn’t work, microwave was broken. This isn’t the standard you would expect for a high daily rate

The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.

The staff at this property are absolutely wonderful. Very kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only criticism would be around the food which left something to be desired.

The resort is beautiful, the restaurant options are great, and the amenities were endless. We stayed for a full week with a large group and had a great time. I didn’t rate the resort a five because the service was inconsistent; we had a few inconveniences and staff did not handle the situation appropriately until we pushed for attention. The staff at the coffee shop were rude to me, and the service could be a bit slow at the restaurants. I enjoyed my time here but compared to Hyatt Ziva, we’d return there over this resort next time we visit Cabo.
