It was an amazing property with excellent service, and the food was outstanding. The location was perfect—not far from all the activities and shopping malls. I had an awesome experience and a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back again!

Very Bad Experience My AirPods were stolen from the hotel, and the worst part is that I was able to track them using Find My. The employee took them outside the hotel, and I was following their location. The next day, he came back to the hotel. When I returned as well, I was able to see where he had been and which employee he was with. I asked him about my AirPods, and he told me, “No, I didn’t find anything.” Then I called the AirPods while I was standing there, and they started ringing inside his pocket. I wasted an entire day looking for my AirPods and trying to figure out what happened. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Terrible hotel. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Amazing trip

The hotel is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The pools are all nice, and the room was magnificent. However, when we arrived for check in our room was not ready and they took two extra hours and kept us waiting. Then, they still rushed us out the next day and didn’t give us much extra time despite the fact that they got us the room late because they overbooked. The hotel itself is lovely but very disappointed in the disorganization and being rushed out.
