It was an ok hotal, the bathroom has mould, the room however, are spacious. Breakfast option was limited, there wasn't much option, and the few they had was terrible apart from the hot croissants and the other pasty. We were there for 4 nights and my children couldn't be bothered to go for breakfast after day two.
The restaurants there are expensive!

I took pictures of the stained and largely pilled mattress pad. Although it is suggested by Regent Cruise Line to visit this “superior” hotel, I will show them pictures I took. It did offer a view but one must be 7 feet tall to enjoy it. The staff was ok, had to beg for more water than was allotted annd provided. The breakfast buffet was very good, a very nice selection, but 80% of a travelers time in a hotel is on the bed. I did not pull off the bedsheets until our last day to discover it then. Consequently I did not report this to management.
The facade of the hotel and its architectural structure was unique. The hotel has an interesting history that I made certain to note in my travel journal.
Truly, I am sorry to post this review but other travelers need to be aware
We didn’t use laundry service or other services available since our visit to Amsterdam was only four days
