The hotel was super clean and beautifully designed! The only thing is the rooms are super tight! Even the Junior Suite. Super friendly staff and keep in mind the hotel is pet friendly, which my girlfriend remembered reading as she started sneezing throughout our stay LOL. So pack your Benadryl.

The rooms were comfortable, well appointed, quiet, and large. The price of a room per night was well worth the price when you consider the quality of the hotel It was shoulder season, so the hotel was not busy. Trying to check in we had to wait for someone to return from somewhere to check in. No staff to be found in the check-in main lobby area. About 4:30 PM after returning from some outside activities, I went to the bar area in the lobby area to get a drink. No one was in sight. I wandered around looking for staff. I finally went to the front desk and had to rouse someone from a back office area. I asked if the bar was open. I was told the bartender is off on Wednesdays, so the bar is closed. Really? They offer drinks on the room service menu. Or,maybe not on Wednesdays. The Bellman was cheerful helpful, friendly, but aside from the Bellman the staff left a lot to be desired.

Staff was just excellent. Some paint peeling in bathroom and the toilet was extremely low. Beds were comfy. Setting was awesome. I knew Keystone was a ski resort, but didn't realize it was 9000 ft until I arrived and I have shortness of breath at altitude. I was very uncomfortable, even after taking altitude meds. I am almost 80, so it's my problem. They have an oxygenation machine in the lobby for free if you buy the canula. If I was 35 I would have loved my stay.

Gym was awful.

The townhome was beautiful and it was walking distance to everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my family of four to spread out and have our own spaces. The only thing I would complain about is the directions to check in sent us to the wrong location.

An incredibly beautiful property with old world charm. They meet the highest of standards for exceptional service and hospitality. Also very family welcoming with a range of experiences and activities.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The condomium was beautiful, loved the large shower with built in steamer. The picture and reviews are accurate. We will for sure be coming back to stay again in the future. We also enjoyed the spa with sauna, steam room, 2 indoor pools and 2 hot tubs( one inside and one outside) . Fantastic weekend getaway!

Love it here. Very clean, beautiful views. Would have given it 5 stars if there was any kind of emergency lighting when the power goes out. Power company decided to cut power off for maintenance about the time we was walking up the steps. Pitch black.
