We got there at 1:30pm after the ferry and it wasn’t the warmest welcome. The staff didn’t even ask our names. We were told to come back for the agreed upon 3pm, with no acknowledgement of the room status or if they were working on it. It left a bad taste. The rest of the stay was fine, but truly we did not feel welcome.
