My real rating is 3.5. Here's why. Rooms - rooms are spacious, great cold a/c, clean and beds were very comfy - I slept well. Facilities are good. Hang out spot, laundry, etc. Service - hit or miss. Spacious rooms, excellent location and functionality.. Nothing spectacular, but everything avaliable and walking distance for everything. Grab to everywhere is less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended if you want to be in Georgetown

Room was clean, everything you needed. Spacious. Staff were very nice from lobby, to those at reception and room service. Many shops nearby for various cuisines. Walkable to Georgetown. Central for everything. Enjoyable stay
