The classic rooms are pretty basic and a little tired.
The breakfast was the worst part.
One member of staff working so hard but wasn’t able to replenish food in time. Coffee terrible, no eggs or scrambled available.
Just limited.
We used to go to this hotel for the breakfast in the past. So not sure what happened now?
Friendly staff tho.

"Location was perfect. Close to everything but not the noise. Convent Gardens was right there, two Tube stations a two min walk. Staff was so kind and helpful."
