Good value, close to the airport and the shuttle was really useful. Rooms made into family rooms were a bit small, especially with the chair that didn’t fit under the table. But clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I left 3 electric toothbrushes in the room and they weren't turned into lost property. One was a child's one. Other two were real, expensive brushes. I know I shouldn't have taken them and know it was my fault for leaving them, but very disappointing they weren't turned in.

Spotless room, amazing staff, best ever breakfast and fabulous location. Free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. Managed to see the northern lights from my room. FABULOUS!

The management. We checked in all went well and when we got to the bedroom we noticed the safe was locked so I called front desk to report it and they said someone will come in about 20-30 minutes. I said ok. No one came and after 30 min I called again and got same response after the 3rd time they said they are busy and only the front desk staff can come. We had to go out so we took our valuables. Came back around 6 pm over 3 hours after we reported it and someone was in our room sorting it. Next day we went out for the afternoon and returned back around 4:30 and found the safe open with all our valuables in a plastic bag. Called reception and they said they sent someone to unlock the safe as it was reported the previous day by the customer who checked out they they could not unlock it. I told her why did they enter the room when we were not in . She had not explanation and said the manager had left for the day and I can speak to him in the morning. I was shocked. I raised an issue with the manager the next morning and he said he was sorry they had new staff so not trained or something like this. I asked what they will do to compensate for my stress? He said he will add points to my membership!!! Do I really want to stay again in a Radisson?? I suggested they pay for us to get a taxi to the airport and he just shrugged. Very sad as the Hotel was otherwise good breakfast and facilities great location. Same the management is not good.
