Had to change room due to toilet not working at 11pm at night. Took quite a while to have someone come to resolve the issue.
The service breakfast was poor. The staff never once asked if we wanted to order anything. We had to go seek staff to order coffee or order food
Left the bar after 10 mins as no staff to take orders

The staff is friendly & the location was great! It was so central and you can’t literally walk everywhere but if you are tired taking an uber/taxi is pretty cheap.
The only thing I would recommend is that they update a few amenities like adding shampoo/ conditioner. Other than that I loved my stay as a solo female traveler.

The room was exactly as advertised; spacious, clean, comfortable with nice aesthetic touches and finishes. The staff are courteous and the hotel is very well connected to the main transport lines while being away from all the city activity.

Greeting from staff was very warm and welcoming, and I was escorted to my room which was a nice touch. The room itself was very clean, with a nice lottle tea tray and lovely furnishings. The bed was very comfy and made for a good nights sleep. The amenities were great and a modern mirror in the bathroom with toich sensitive light was pretty cool! Overall a great stay had, thank you.
