The property was very nice very clean and bedding was clean and comfortable. There is a Resteraunt that looked very good although I didn’t try it. The lobby is very nice and looks like a nice place to sit and have a drink. There were a couple tiny stains on the rug but besides that it was very, very clean and very well maintained. I would totally recommend it and would stay there again.

No airport shuttle, which i knew. Restaurant was average at best, service was poor. Skipped breakfast for long line, accessible room was ideal.

Classic character of the buildings, friendly helpful staff, excellent location. The only drawback was the maze like hallways to get to the room. Overall very satisfied and would stay again.

Stayed in a family room (double and bunk beds) during the Fringe. Room was enormous - made the double bed look tiny! - with sofa and table and desk. Shower and bathroom were excellent. Check in was OK and no dramas.
My only complaint would be noise from the street from just before 7am but this very much comes with being located in a city centre and wasn't a big issue as the kids were stirring.
Location is fine, 15 mins gentle pace walk from the train station.
Overall a great, safe, place for us to stay.

Room had a spectacular view of the Firth. Only issue we had was that as seniors, it would have been nice to have a lateral handrail in the shower.
