Staff including cleaner people are all very hel'ful. The location is good, though you may need a taxi or bus from the train station. We always walked and enjoyed.
The Edinburgh castle is a walking distance.

Easy to find. Multiple buildings. No elevator. Lights in hallways at night did not turn on and was not aware of any switches to use. Very close to transportation. Easy to get around.
