Sun City Pet-friendly Vacations

The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and a working washer and dryer. The decor was beautiful. The location was the plus with it being within walking distance of Mandela Square, Sandton station and Sandton City Mall. Sherry took care of us and kept the apt clean. We had a view of the park across the street which has a great restaurant...Truffle on the Park

The staff are amazing…friendly, helpful and warm. We loved the beautiful gardens and terrace off every room. The food was excellent too. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!

Great location and very vibey. But suffers from the usual lack of communication between staff as well as lack of visible genuine professional enthusiasm of staff who just seem to be going through the motions and who couldn’t care less about the guest experience. Breakfast is a joke and poorly executed with no quality checks. Nice menu but poor delivery. Also there is a chronic long edit for the lifts because the hotel had about 10 different side functions - speak easy, gym, offices, etc and three tiny lifts. I stayed when it was Voco and now Hyde. Still needs work on service delivery / especially at that price point. Managers need to set standards and oversight and not always just apologise when the guest experience is not optimal. You can and should do better.

This is hands down the most incredible place we have stayed! Incredibly clean, beautiful in every way, their staff is above and beyond, the breakfast was scrumptious with so many meal options! We traveled in South Africa for two weeks and we felt the safest while staying here.

Never have been disappointed staying here. Great staff, excellent food, great piano player, comfortable rooms
