Gorgeous property and wonderful staff!

Room was spotless & well kept. The restaurant staff & housekeeping/groundskeeping staff were lovely people and so kind to us. We loved being so close to town, being able to use the bikes and paddle boards at the hotel, loved the little vibe of the property itself -- and that the iguanas, lizards and sea lions were usually hanging around on the dock made for endless entertainment. We had the best stay on Santa Cruz. Thanks for everything, we hope to be back soon.

The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again.

Very, very clean. The staff was exceptional. Great amenities- left water bottles for guests, one free drink per day, had a patio for guests to use by the water. Breakfast was a lot of variety. Would give a 10 pot of 10!!

We had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The location right by the ocean was perfect, and everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! Jenny , Pam and Rafael

Confortablenstop over for a family

We had a lovely night stay here. You’re on an island so some ants and bugs can be expected. This isn’t The Four Seasons so if you were looking for that you would be disappointed. What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. The peace and tranquillity you will find here is unmatched. I think this is the best place to stay on the island. We will definitely be returning.
