Very nice condo. Great beach vibe. We saw Sheepshead (fish), crabs and other small fish right by the dock. A manatee swam right next to the dock as we were standing there! The private beach access is only for the sure-footed and depends on the tide. This is out of the owner's control. Large 'boulders' ...
