Good hotel. Staff were brilliant.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. The swimming 'pond' was a lovely surprise. There is no airconditioning, which another reveiw mentioned, but as you are high in the mountains, the air cools in the evening so sleeping is not a problem. We stayed to visit The Eagles Nest, which is an easy 20 mins drive. All staff were very freindly, breakfast was wonderful. Wunderschöne Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht. Der Schwimmteich war eine schöne Überraschung. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage – wie bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt –, aber da man sich hoch in den Bergen befindet, kühlt die Luft abends ab, sodass das Schlafen kein Problem ist. Wir waren dort, um das „Eagle’s Nest“ zu besuchen, das nur eine kurze, 20-minütige Autofahrt entfernt liegt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war wunderbar.

Standing there. The woman then left I stood at the desk 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She was at the computer the whole time and flatly. Ignored me. Until I asked the the question then she finally looked up. Happened twice Overall, a very nice hotel. Would highly recommended.
