German Alps Pet-friendly Vacations

When we were checking in, the gentleman standing next to us was asking for a different room because the one he was just issued was already occupied. We should have left at that. The room my husband and I were issued had black walls and the lights were horrible you could hardly tell what you were wearing. The staff brought us two extra lamps. The cleaning staff forgot several times to leave us towels, didn't take dirty cups from the morning coffee. We also asked the cleaning staff if they could vaccum the carpet after several days because it was badly needed and they never did. I would not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was Sacha from the front desk who tried to correct the situation.

Loved the free breakfast - there were so many great options. Outdoor patio was fabulous . I especially enjoyed the windows is that could open in the bedrooms to get some fresh air inside. Plenty of sitting to the left of the lobby for working or hanging out. Great proximity to the old town/restaurants/shopping.
