The room is not clean at all , I've found bed bugs in my bed , i don't know how this hotel is a 5 stars hotel it's a 4 stars hotel maximum .

The service and staff are exceptional. They are super helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. Very impressed! Keep in mind, there is no elevator and not wheelchair accessible. The rooms are beautiful and very modern.

The hotel is in a central location surrounded by many restaurants. It can be noisy in the evening but the music usually stopped by 10:00. The hotel is filled with interesting contemporary art. The staff is extremely helpful. And the breakfast is large and delicious with lots of choices. I would gladly return on my next visit to Athens.

Prior to arriving in Greece I received a message from the hotel asking if there was anything I may possibly need. I mentioned transport from the airport and they graciously arranged a private transport who gave us some amazing recommendations for our time in Greece. With by far the largest room we’ve had in Europe, the hotel is beautiful, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was absolutely incredible. This hotel will host all of our future stays in Athens.

Hotel is in an area easily accessible to restaurants and ancient sites. The view from the rooftop bar was beautiful at night. Staff helped with restaurant recommendations and ordering transportation from and to the airport. We had a wraparound balcony with furniture which was really great!
