Amazing breakfast in the roof top Staff kind and helpfull We Love it

I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to the private garden. The pool itself is so small, what's the point. You can't have a proper swim. The pool was dirty too. The room was also dirty although it is daily cleaned on the surface. Under the bed was Dusty! And under the table cabinet was Dusty. I was quite disappointed to be honest for whats advertised. I think they purposely do not show the room and instead use a floor plan. If I saw the room, I would have picked a different hotel. Everything else is perfect though, it's just the room that was underwhelming for me.

The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger than me. There's stuff blocking the entrance between the hotel rooms and the pool and you have to go through the fitness center that was weird especially after tripping over that step three times. Oh and when I ordered the steak they didn't give me a steak knife which made it kind of hard to eat, Especially since it wasn't the softest cut. The staff was incredible The View inside the hotel is incredible the bed is okay the pillows are comfortable the entrance is easy to find and the hotel rooms are not a very far walk. The staff were exceptionally helpful And willing To assist in any way possible Definitely the highlight of the stay. I would recommend it but only at a 3-4 star level.

As per other reviews- really not a 5 star but we went there knowing this. Food is decent enough, drinks are poor and furnishings very average
