Beautiful property, makes you wonder if they have any safety protocols. My mom fell the first day at their restaurant stairs Aakat and not one person offered her an ice pack or medical help or an incident report. It shocking. When we asked an ice pack it was a foreign concept and they “didn’t have plastic bags for ice” i am sorry what?! Food was good but my the service was BAD. We has the platinum for a week and it was so not worth it. Its supposed to be upgraded service but there isn’t much if difference but a rude butlers and lounges where rhe staff is in their phones or has their family and kids in there eatinf snacks . I was told in one “ next time don’t come in wet, I am sorry the lounge is next to the pool wr had our coverups and no one was there for over an hour and many people came in ( including non platinum to serve themselves) and that is okay and safe?! I will not be back, it was obvious the staff was annoyed by guests. Not helpful unless you tipped hard and you were automatically charged service fees and were not permitted to remove them , will wont even do bare minimum. Have to call our room attendant were only ones super kind. Oh and butler were a joke! They should be reviewed on their behavior. Lastly I had a blood stain on my pillow cases upon check in and seemed to be non important and took them 3 hours to show up and change it ( I have pictures). Not sure how the hotel is rated to high. There were 3 rooms and mine wasn’t the worst one!!

Wow! Easily the best resort we have stayed at. I am not Vegan but the best part of this trip was definitely the food. The all-inclusive is the best deal around by far. There are plenty of non-vegan options but honestly I mostly ate the vegan versions. Everything was top-shelf. Charlies Vegan Tacos were a highlight. And we actually lost some weight while we were there since its so healthy. The service was incredible. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We got to know by name many of the staff. The Pools are about the best I have seen and the beach (when there is not seaweed) is incredible. And they keep it cleaner than any other beach around. Every time we ventured out to try something different we came back to the hotel because it was just better. The free classes like Yoga were amazing as well. I feel this is a secret that will soon be out. But thank you to all the staff who were part of this experience.
