Pamalican Island Pet-friendly Vacations

Had a great view and was well appointed. Breakfast is very good, many nationalities dishes. Very pleasant & helpful staff, esp. at breakfast. A lady named Jun I think made me coffee the way I like it in the morning without me asking her. + Looks deserted at street level, but a very nice mall 150 yds West. I was there for a month. Whatever wasn't working was fixed very quickly. Loved the international market in the basement floor. My gripes are minor. The pool was large and very clean, but no jacuzzi. $10 to use the fitness room didn't sit well, its hard enough to get motivated, lol. No bowls in the kitchen? It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Really nice room but some sort of maintenance constant knock was going on around the building during the stay and also the wifi wouldn't stay connected to the television in the room possibly a television issue because connection wasn't lost to phones, but occasionally went very high ping. There was no warning when booking the room that traditional baths cannot use soaps so unfortunately my fiancee was excited to use a few things she got beforehand that she couldn't during the stay, and the food was well very good the first night we ate but maybe a change of chef's it was definitely a bit undercooked going forward but overall still good. Definitely would be staying again sometime

Really strange place. It is in the middle of a chinese development lot, surrounded by lots of seemingly vacant buildings. It is also not a true hotel as it is also a residential building and you can hear lots of weird banging and other loud neighbors out in the hallway. Last of all, this place has roaches. Like we didn't just see one, we saw at least 7+

Pretty much everything. From the moment you arrive, the service is incredible. I had a suite which was huge and with a view of the beautiful pool area. The lobby with the amazing pianist, Christmas tree and all decorations was stunning. Breakfast is so good and has everything you could ever want. Afternoon tea is not to be missed but the highlight for me was Evening Cocktails where the food and drink is superb but the service even better with the gentleman making cocktails (sorry I am old and forget names) worthy of particular mention, even leaving the bar to get his favourite bourbon to make one drink for me. I really don't have a bad word to say about this place. The only other hotel in the world I have stayed in that is up there with this is Shangri-la in Boracay and that's probably only because of the location on the beach, and jacuzzi on the balcony!

Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.

The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication! Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.
