Gran Canaria Pet-friendly Vacations

Room was clean and recently decorated, the hotel is inside and unused shopping centre and is a very strange layout, the staff are all friendly and helpful, I'm sure when the renovations are complete on the common areas of the hotel it will be nicer. The hotel does not do half board even though it is listed in this site

Rooms were super clean, hotel was laid back and quiet, food was a little restrictive for a vegetarian. Overall hotel was worth the visit. Only reason not a 5 is the small things. Looking to charge for everything above all including - 1€ to get a clean towel, €2 to use the safe, no replenishment of coffee or water in the room…. Should just do all-inclusive and not worry about making an extra €10!

We spent a fantastic week at this delightful hotel. It has a charming intimate ambiance thanks to its relatively small number of rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful - . they take the trouble to get to know your likes and dislikes and no request is too much trouble. The hotel is magnificently situated overlooking the south coast from its eyrie on Mont Leon. The pool and terrace are beautifully placed to take the best advantage of its views. There are some well maintained and interesting gardens to explore with discreet areas placed every so often to relax in solitude. There are pool, table tennis, patio chess and table football to entertain if too much relaxation proves difficult! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening meal menu was changed every day offering some delicious dishes to explore... and it was a great treat to be able to try all the interesting cocktails on offer during the day as we relaxed by the pool. A truly luxurious and relaxing spa retreat at a very fair price.

The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests. The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone entertained and create a lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the food, facilities, entertainment, and hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

I did really enjoy my stay at Atlantic Sun beach, the properties were nice, had the essentials for what you'd need, (found the filter coffee machine in the end! Under the pans), and lovely pool side, jacuzzi and sauna (for when the sun goes in lol) only limited time for reception, but they have ways to check in and out when not there, and I spoke mostly to the staff via WhatsApp , the pool is lovely and heated so nice to slip into, pounded are good, with shade and sun to your preference. Jacuzzi was a strong little thing! Same with the sauna. Big towels were offered for lounging and then general bathroom towels etc, beds were nice, I stayed in standard and would go for the superior if you can, all of the properties face the sun in the morning and are nice to have breakfast on, I enjoyed chatting to the other guests and making friends there, great location near the beach and yumbo too. Think only downside is the sauna and jacuzzi go off at 9, but I couldn't use it after 8, but small issue really, relaxing stay, think I'll be back if I book another holiday, the breakfast bags were a cute little treat too which many snacked on during the day!
