This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful village, on arrival we were upgraded from a room to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The staff were all superb and the food was very good, we ate there on the evening of arrival and again on our last evening as the weather was too awful to venture outdoors. The breakfast was excellent. It is interesting to note that although the hotel dates from the late 1700s, making it one of the oldest hotels in Ireland, it is beautifully maintained. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
