Positives, Clean sheets, towels. Clean bathroom.
Negatives, room needs paint badly, room smelled musty and old, lock and screen to balcony need replacing, rug is very old and smells.
Suggestions, as the owners may be new. They are trying, and it shows. Rooms definitely need updates to make this a higher rated property. Breakfast was fine. No complaints.

"This is a older Motel. Certainly could use renovation. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The motel manager was very helpful with giving us names of places to eat and very pleasant."
