Staff there was amazing. Always welcoming. However the room was definitely smaller than in the pictures. Bedroom was excellent same with bathroom but the kitchen living room was combined to,where u can't even use the pull out couch and move around. You have to move the table and be almost against the sink from the foot of the bed. Pictures so it seperate and it is not. I wish that the amenities on the resort were including. Some were yet some were not.

Had a good stay at Westgate Villas. The location was very convenient, with easy access to all the parks and plenty of eateries nearby. The stay was comfortable overall, and having so many dining options close by made it even easier. A good choice if you want to be near the parks and have convenient places to eat around you

There was no water pressure in the shower.

Absolutely amazing! The only thing I wish was different was a bit of a later check out.

The room was clean, well laid out and ghe entire stay was great.

Will stay here again in the future.

We rented a home on the east side .Before We rented the home I tried to find out . Any reviews or comments about the traffic noise because it was so close to the( I-4 ) . Have to say a little road noise but very quite overall .

The property was very minimally cleaned and there were bugs everywhere. The rental car shuttle was the last one to come to the airport, besides that, it was really visually appealing and there was plenty of stuff to do

There was no water pressure in the shower.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect.

Stay was great, it was smaller than what was pictured but still enough for the three of us. We were looking forward to the free transportation to Universal however it only runs a few hours in am and pm(odd times) and had to reserve 24hours in advance, which didn’t not work for us. So we had to pay for parking at the parks which house hours would’ve been mentioned beforehand.
