Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though.
Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot.
Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible.
This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts.
It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again.

This was perhaps the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. It’s clean, new, and the hotel staff were wonderful! The location cannot be beat. The hotel price is also very reasonable. The space is large, but I think the restroom layout was my favorite!! I would book with this hotel again when I come back to Hiroshima. Excellent!!
