Beautiful comfortable and clean room. Location is wonderful close to Queens Park.

Probably my favourite hotel in Glasgow. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Double height ceilings and period details give it a real lux feel. The rooms are on the right side of shabby chic but extremely comfortable. Great place to explore the West End from.

The hotel is located close to the downtown train and bus stations, just a short 5-10 minute walk. There are a good selection of restaurants and pubs close by. We chose the king bed room which was more than adequate in terms of its size. We were hoping for something with a view but our room looked directly at a brick wall that was just feet from the window. As an upgraded room, I would expect better than that. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Some room furniture has had better days and may need to be updated.

The location is perfect right next to most transportation. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location for day trips and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. LIDL was close for breakfast food and snacks. Elmira (hostess) was welcoming and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property for stay in Inverness.
