Sierpe Pet-friendly Vacations

The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.

Our stay at Tranquilo Lodge was an absolute dream. Sebastien and Christophe are the most amazing hosts. Sebastien helped us plan out the best 4-5 day itenerary and was always around to help with anything we needed during our stay. The grounds are beautiful and maintained well and the view from the pool is absolutely stunning. The serving staff Cristina and Alex were so friendly and attentive. The Chef cooked up amazing lunches and lovely 3-4 course dinners. My wife and I look forward to coming back to Drake Bay to visit everyone at Tranquilo Lodge again in the future !

Had an exceptional time at the Springs Resort and Spa at Arenal!! The room, the staff, amenities and spa were all 5 stars! It did not disappoint. My family loved it. Great for adults and kids alike. A must in La Fortuna. No better stay!!

Staff were overall fantastic and would say they were 10/10. However for the price we paid, there were some things that weren’t that great. The rooms were pretty bare, and had scratches all over the walls and broken window blinds. And staff would generally be working right outside our window so it felt a bit intrusive at times. The rooms were also quite loud and the way the buildings are made cause of a lot of echo so you can hear every conversation going on.

We loved our time at the Koora hotel!! The staff and property were wonderful. A 5 star experience. Would definitely be back next time in Montaverde. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
