This hotel was beautiful! My family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and the property itself is beautiful and very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone going to Jaco.

It was a nice hotel and the food and atmosphere was nice. However there wasn’t anything going on around the area and so we felt a bit more isolated. The ocean water was nice and warm and free of big waves. The staff was kind and warm. The one thing that bothered us was that we were a family of four and there were no doors to the shower and toilet. So we didn’t have much privacy when showering or even using the bathroom since the sounds would project. I didn’t like that at all

We really enjoyed our experience at Andaz. Right from the beginning it was a very positive experience as staff were very attentive and really liked the concierge service through WhatsApp. We will definitely looking forward to coming to Andaz if we are in papagayo in the near future.
