The staff were excellent and the pool was beautiful. I was disappointed at the final bill with taxes etc considering the small room we had contained a pillar blocking the tv making it less of a good deal than I initially thought.

One of the best hotel experiences. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We did need help with some things and the staff delivered seamlessly.
The hotel itself could not be better located. The hotel is extremely clean, pleasingly decorated, and smells nice. We did not use any of the facilities or eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that.
Our room was really great. Spacious, clean, and pleasingly decorated. Many electrical outlets and some direct USB. Makeup mirror and great quality hairdryer. Well laid out closet that helped us be organized. Space to organize toiletries in the bathroom. Great water pressure and temperature. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Very highly recommended.
