Isle of Muck Pet-friendly Vacations

We had a wonderful two-day stay. Ken and Gil are wonderful hosts, their hospitality was outstanding, and Gil’s breakfast was absolutely delicious. They are an amazing couple who truly make guests feel welcome.

Property was beautiful! Dinner was great. Gentlemen at the front desk and serving dinner were fantastic. Safes in room were broken as was the hair dryer. Minor, but something to consider fixing.

We loved the location and the cottage was clean. However, I was there for 5 days, and was informed at the last minute that their wasn't laundry machines available, no wifi and the heater in the cottage was broken and only a few towels.

Good accomodation to stay. Clean and tidy. But little bit far from center of Inverness where most of the tours/buses/trains start and the public transport is very infrequent and little unpredictable.

Property was good value, bed very comfortable. Nice warm house. Shared kitchen / livingroom very clean and modern. When I arrived there was mould around base of shower so I put bleach on it and cleaned it, This should have been done by cleaner. The electric shower needs replaced as its intermittent. But at the cost I'd certainly use it again. Fine distance from the town. Oh wifi wasnt really working but that could just be me..

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was good, but the rooms were so cold. We stayed in December, and the heating in the place was not up to standard for the weather. Loved the daycore, rooms need to be updated, they could still have the same look, just need some attention - especially the showers.
