Okada Manila Pet-friendly Vacations

Overall the location and the property were great. It’s walkable to many restaurants and places nearby and was easy to get a ride in front of the building. The property itself was well maintained for the most part and kept clean. Communicating with the staff was very well regarding issues that came up. My only gripe was that we had communicated with management that we wanted to leave our baggage after check out for roughly an hour and was told that it was ok to do so only to go down to the front desk lobby and find out that they don’t offer this. Luckily the front desk was able to compromise and allowed us to leave our stuff with the condition that 1 person stayed to keep an eye on them despite the initial statement that we could only leave our stuff for 15 mins.

Such an amazing hotel. Excellent customer service. Travelled with family and rented two rooms, palace suite. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Luxent is a very user friendly,hotel. I recommend this hotel, for a getaway weekend, or family get together..excellent service, perfect for all of us.

Had a lovely stay here with my husband for our honeymoon. Was given complimentary upgrade to executive suite. Definetly recommend to stay here when visiting Manila!

The stay was excellent the only compliment i would have is the TV i wish it was a smart TV

Nüwa feels like we are home. Great place and experience overall. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks and we will recommend this place to our friends.

Filipinos always polite and helpful that’s why I’m proud to be one of them.We had a satisfying stay and will come back same place again.Highly recommend esp for busy people like us who wanted a safer and relaxing place.
