The hotel is lovely and the apartments are fantastic. The only real issue was the breakfast. Stale pastries so in the end i didnt opt for any and every morning i asked for no meat and x2 they brought my breakfast with sausages on them. I told them again no meat and was told its OK it's only a chicken sausage! They need to familiarise themselves with people's dietary requirements

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect place to hide away and relax

Overall an amazing beachfront hotel, has everything you would want or expect. Only downside was the road to get into and out of the hotel was not ideal especially for larger vehicles.

Wir haben eine fantastische Woche im The Sira verbringen dürfen! Vom Moment unserer Ankunft, bis zur Abreise gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem bemüht und vor allem ehrlich freundlich. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und sofern etwas benötigt wurde, Das Essen ist großartig und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings empfiehlt sich, wenn man ein gutes Angebot findet, Voll- oder Halbpension, da die Speisen doch recht hochpreisig sind. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel fahren!
