Great stay! We’ve stayed here 2 times before and love it.
Amenities are beautiful. Very exclusive and quiet for a romantic stay or just a quiet time in a high class resort.
Staff, once again, are very young and with a high turnover, showing inexperience not proactive. If you are by the pool, no one offers anything, you have to hunt the staff, as if they were too shy and hiding from work.
But my family and I would return it for sure!

Fabulous from start to finish. Views are amazing and everything is within walking distance. The steps to access the hotel from the beach are daunting but you get used to it and plan accordingly. Tip: if you are heading towards nearby Ossos Beach for a meal or sunbathing, then just walk on the street from the front of the hotel it’s quick, easy and avoids the steps.
Rooms were lovely and individual. Staff were great and our entire stay felt safe and luxurious.

The hotel had a private beach with excellent pool and hot tub. The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff and service is excellent. Mr Paulo in the breakfast staff is contagiously warm and super nice. Breakfast is excellent.

Les Jardins is a charming place with beautiful gardens and quiet despite being in Rio!
However, it is isolated in streets that are not safe at night; all travel to and from has to be done by Uber.I
Only breakfast is provided; all other food has to be ordered online and delivered, although the staff are willing to do the ordering.
Breakfast is also served very late - not till 9am.
And the room was not cleaned during my stay - apparently I had to ask for this.
It was billed as a 4 star hotel but I would say it id more of a stylish pension/b&b.
I was the only person staying there.

We loved our stay at the Penthouse. It was easy to get to everything, especially good food spots and the beach. Communication with David and Alessandro was excellent- they’re wonderful hosts. We were very comfortable our entire stay. Highly recommend to others.

Fantastic hotel and location. I recommend the hotel Arpoador to everyone going to Rio. I loved it so much I left another hotel and came back for my last night in Rio. It’s worth every penny, oceanfront and town views.
