    "The hotel has charm and a lovely entrance, but our experience as quite negative. We had ordered a K room and were given one on the second floor … but the elevator won’t stop at two! So we climb up the stairs - no sweat - and found our room to be .. lacking. Water seeped out from underneath the toilet when you flushed it, the room was dirty and dingy. The said they’d see about moving us … they could, but they did not have another K room. Okkkk … so we get a new Q rm - worse than the first. Dirty...."

    "The room was spacious and decorated nicely. Unfortunately, we had to check-out early after the first night and checked in to another hotel for the other two nights of our trip. We did not receive a refund despite explaining to the woman at the desk upon check-in that I am not able to walk upstairs. We were told there was no elevator in the building, and we were put up on the second floor. To make matters worse, we were put in the very last room at the end of the long hallway after repeatedly..."

The natural light and the rest of the accommodations were excellent. The location was also great. We were only 5-10 minutes from many places to shop and eat.
