The amenities were awesome !!

Note that this is not a typical big hotel chain experience. This hotel is more of a quaint, boutique style hotel. As such there are minimal amenities. That being said, the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are modern and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Parlor Bistro has really good food. One thing to note, is that I booked a King Suite with a pullout sofa bed on Expedia. That room type does not exist. When I got to the hotel they had a reservation for a single king size bed for the four of us. Fortunately the staff was able to shuffle some things around and put us into a room with two queen beds (and a balcony!). We're very grateful they were able to accommodate us despite Expedia's mix-up.

Everything in the rental was nice and clean. The check-in process was smooth. The location is ideal for folks who want to go to Water Country USA and Busch Gardens. There is lots to do on the Kings Creek property but we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of them because of our busy schedule. Maybe next time!

Omni Hotel is top notch, this was our first time staying at an Omni Hotel and we loved it. It was clean, the staff was awesome, they provided us with great places to visit, and eat. And I cant say enough about the bed....it was the most comfortable bed we've slept in away from home. We've stayed at other brand properties but none compare to the service and quality at the Omni Richmond.

Wonderful hotel and staff.

Everything about this place was great! It is in a very good location with close proximity to colonial Williamsburg. Our one bedroom was spacious and even had two bathrooms. Price was also very reasonable. My only complaint is that I was expecting a drip coffee maker in the room based on the photos but it was actually a Kcup coffee maker. This isn’t that big of a deal but when I inquired about it and was told by the front desk that they would look into it however nobody ever followed up with me about it. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
