MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

Exceeded all my expectations! The Altitude room with the beach front swim out pool is a must! It felt like I was in my own little private apartment in Cabo! Will definitely be back!

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I

It was a really nice resort the room was very spacious and clean .. walking distance to a lot of places .. we had a great time will stay here again

They describe their suites as two bedroom when in reality they’re just two single units with a connecting door. We were a party of five expecting a suite with a common area and that was not provided. In the end we had to pay for an extra room to accommodate everyone comfortably. It’s a shame because the amenities, food and location are nice. But would not return to this hotel due to their dishonest and misleading room descriptions.

This was our second trip with the villas and they were beautiful as always the staff and food was excellent. The service was incredible. The pools were beautiful. We are already planning our trip for next year to Mazatlan and will definitely stay at Pueblo Bonito villas. What a relaxing and beautiful environment to take some time off at. Can’t wait for next year.

El aire acondicionado no funciona bien es por eso que hay que usar el ventilador pero no alcanza a enfriar la habitación por lo cual pasas calor. La limpieza de la habitación no la realizaban se solicitaba pero llegábamos y seguía el cuarto sin hacer .

Todo super bien tengo ya tiempo hospedandome aquí y siempre es la misma atención aparte me encanta por qué si llegó antes que la mayoría de veces lo hago porque viajó en moto si está lista la habitación me la entregan en ése momento y después de hacer el chec aut me permiten estar hasta que baje el sol eso para mí es el plus que me a echó regresar siempre
