This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop.
The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable .
However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

We were treated for a very needed early check in, as well as late check out, the stuff went out of his way to provide good service in all service aspects - reception, luggage, food, room maintenance.
The only thing which was not great was elavators. In 4 out of our 5 days of stay one elevator out of 3 available did not work, causing long waits and crowded rides.

we had a 1BR suite and the rooms were amazing including a gorgeous view of the Burj Al Arab. The breakfast at Besh (included in our stay) was wonderful with a variety of foods offered from around the world.
The staff was very kind, patient and also just overall it was a great experience to be at this hotel. Proximity to the mall of the emirates (internally connected) was another plus to the location of the hotel. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, especially for a stay with family!
